Hello, I’m glad that you are here. I’m Gary Chatham. I founded the Illinois Reiki Center with the desire to bring Reiki and body/mind/spirit wellness to more people, no matter where they live.
I changed directions in my life when I was still young – with a desire to help people, and see them grow and heal.
I received my Master’s in Counseling in 1991, and was certified in Reiki Level One and Reiki Level Two in 1993.
Since I was certified as a Reiki Master/Teacher in 2004, I have had the privilege of training many people in all levels of Reiki Classes. More recently, I was certified as an Animal Reiki Master/Teacher.
I am passionate about helping others gain clarity, and create healing in their lives. I create a safe space for my clients to experience deep transformation, heal patterns related to relationships, trauma, grief, or the emotional effects of chronic illness.
I am also passionate about training others to become Reiki practitioners, to teach you how help others with the Bach flower remedies, and to help you launch your healing business, if that is your desire.
