Reiki in Hospitals:  Over 800 hospitals incorporate Reiki into their programs

New York Presbyterian Hospital

Practitioners at the Integrative Health and Wellbeing program at NewYork-Presbyterian, in collaboration with Weill Cornell Medicine, use a range of holistic healing techniques to manage pain, decrease anxiety, and promote health and wellbeing.

Mayo Clinic

Patients can receive Reiki at both Mayo Clinic Hospital campuses in Rochester Minnesota.  It is available for patients that have been admitted, and in some outpatient areas, through the Complementary and Integrative Medicine Program.

Portsmouth Regional Hospital

The Integrative Medicine program at Portsmouth Regional Hospital in Portsmouth New Hampshire offers Reiki to patients.

Duke Healthcare Hospitals, North Carolina

The bodywork therapists in Duke Healthcare hospitals in North Carolina also offer Reiki.

Yale-New Haven Hospital

Patients at the Smilow Cancer Care Hospital Center, and other parts of the Yale – New Haven hospitals in Connecticut can receive integrative medical services, including Reiki.  The medical staff can also receive Reiki at “Serenity Stations.” 

UCLA Medical Center Los Angeles

The UCLA Health Inpatient Integrative Therapy Program offers Reiki to patients during their hospital stay.
