Animal Reiki is a wonderful complementary therapy that engages your pet’s or other animal’s own natural healing ability.

Reiki works for animals, the same way it does for humans.  Gary is an Animal Reiki Master/Teacher, having received extensive training in treating animals with Reiki. 

Reiki can be especially valuable for helping pets and animals with:

* Trauma or anxiety
* Help with transitioning into a new home
* Increases the rate of recovery from injury or surgery
* Promotes pain relief and relieves stiffness
* Promotes deeper bond between the human caregiver and animal
* Eases the dying process

* Assisting in the grief process after losing a beloved companion

Veterinarians, animal trainers, and groomers may also find that Reiki is beneficial for the animals that they work with.

For animals who are ill, Reiki is a safe complement to  traditional or holistic vetinary medicine, and other forms of healing. For example, Reiki can reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, support an acupuncture or acupressure treatment, and enhance the effects of other treatments.
